Brief
I was responsible for designing an immersive, scalable workshop experience that blends creativity, foresight, and strategic design. The challenge was to create:
1. A framework that moves people from current reality → expanded imagination → actionable concepts
2. Visual tools (frontier cards, role cards, prompts, worlds, constraints, etc.) that would trigger high-quality ideas
3. A format that feels experiential, not corporate – yet still delivers business-ready outcomes
4. A system the studio could run repeatedly across clients with minimal prep
5. A process that positions the design team as consultative, strategic partners rather than only execution partners
Outcome:
The result was the Imagination Economy Workshop—a structured, gamified foresight experience that uses storytelling, visual thinking, and AI-assisted tools to help cross-functional teams envision future products, services, and customer experiences. It elevated the design studio’s perceived value, created stronger client engagement, and opened new opportunities in strategic design and future thinking.
